Naourass Mehdi is a proven leader in Technology and Information Systems with over 15 years of executive experience in Solutions Implementation Strategy and Digital Transformation projects. With over 85 implementations across various verticals, Naourass is a subject matter expert. His comprehensive understanding of multiple business solutions, standards, and compliances lends critical expertise to Lysi’s B2B projects. As a senior consultant, Naourass’ extensive skills include Enterprise Application Architecture, Digital Marketing, iPAAS Design and Implementation, Business Process Management, Change Management, ERP implementation, eCommerce platforms, EDI Implementation and Integration to omni-channels
But that’s not all, he’s also a happy husband and father who always enjoys a good challenge. Naourass grew up in Morocco with a passion for music and competitive sports. He played professional soccer as a teen and still plays tennis today. A former composer and DJ, you could find Naourass spinning records in radio stations throughout the US, Canada, and Morocco in a past life.
Jim has been deeply involved with technology for over 25 years. He started his career with a
national computer rental company, servicing Fortune 500 companies across the US. Over a 10-year stint, Jim rose through the company to VP of Operations and ultimately COO. Sensing a change in the winds, he left the hardware side and jumped into the software development side of the industry in the B2B/B2C/Sales Automation segment.
Over his career, Jim has served as VP of Operations, COO, CTO, and CIO of multiple technology and manufacturing companies. With deep expertise in EDI Integrations, ERP implementation, iPaaS design and implementation, and API technologies, Jim has been involved in just about every aspect of the retail and manufacturing technology sector.
Jim lives near the beach in sunny San Diego with his wife, son, and 2 family dogs. An active cyclist, skier, and surfer, when he’s not working or playing outside with family or friends, you can find him banging his drums and daydreaming of rock stardom.
Ramesh is a solutions architect for SAP implementation in over 60 countries with 15+ years of experience in the supply chain and CPG industry. Launching his career at Nestle, Ramesh designed and implemented a global template for Nestle’s worldwide technology platform. Since then, he has served in several leading technology roles, including managing Shiseido Cosmetics’s SAP technology implementation and directing enterprise applications at e.l.f cosmetics. He is experienced in SAP, NetSuite, SalesForce, iPaaS solutions, POS solutions, and e-commerce.
As CTO of Lysi, Ramesh manages the day-to-day operations and works closely with their technology partners. He is a graduate of the University of Manchester in England and lives in Denver, CO with his wife and two dogs. A true outdoorsman, Ramesh enjoys snowboarding and rock climbing.
